Wasatch Hefeweizen is final round #3 at the brewpub

3rd beer of the night arrives with only 9 mins left in the OSU vs. Stanford game. Infamous Jamie, skiing in park city with her family and joining us in her furry animal- hating vest (just kidding, it's faux fur), is having the Hefeweizen which is rated pretty highly on beer advocate.

I ask Jaime for a description and she says it's citrus. I agree. It's a German style hefe and follows the style pretty straight. Yeasty with a bit of citrus flavor, but otherwise it's not as doughy as many hefe's are. Wasatch isn't winning any awards with these beers, but they're great pub beers.
